Contract Design Company was founded in the 90 years with the spread of the hotel contract in Italy.
It hasn't a manufacturing unit but consists only of a technical office, warehouse and a small workshop to produce handmade sample rooms and reception desks, It uses, however, the production of all the industrial group ZETAGI* and other 200 partner companies. Its principal mission is the design of hotels and logistics of assembling and installation of furniture for hotels.
Contract Design is able to design, manufacture and install up to 500 rooms in 100 days, producing and coordinating a 360 degree contract.
In addition to wooden structures, the group provides: transportation ad hoc, assembly with Italian technicians and porters indigenous, lighting, Zerodecibel mini fridge, digital safe Passe-par-tout, mattress supports, mattresses, blackout curtains, bedspread with class 1 fire retardants , common areas such as reception desks, lobby, bar, restaurant, conference hall etc..
